Some Details...

Ameira are a four-piece Melodic Alternative-Rock band hailing from Lincolnshire. Starting in 2011, Ameira came from more of a Post Hardcore background and have since tailored their sound into something unique and powerful.

The band signed to Boxd Records in May 2013 and have since released their debut single, 'We Never Close Our Eyes'. The single is available on all good digital outlets, iTunes, Spotify and Amazon to name a few. The official music video for the single was released on September 15th and has had a great response, already reaching 6,000 views on YouTube. The hype surrounding Ameira is growing rapidly, with the band now set to release their debut EP, 'Where I'm From', Produced by Roni Szpakowski at Peak Studios, Bradford. The EP release will come on November 28th and will be supported by an extensive press campaign and a hectic tour schedule.

The rest of 2013 is all about getting on the road for Ameira, in a year which has already seen them take their intense and energetic live show to many UK cities, including headline shows in Manchester, Sheffield, Leicester and the headline slot at the 'Party In the Pines' festival.
